| So here is something that has been on my mind alot lately. The national car traveling safety people, the people whom make the laws about car seats and what not say that a child should be in a booster seat if they are 4'9" or below. Here is the problem. I am 4'9", with little to no hope of growing. Yeah. I wonder if I can be ticketed for not owning a booster seat for myself? |
